Our new Transfer Tracker allows you to easily keep track of all transfers in to Quilter, meaning you can now:
- Spend less time making phone calls
- Immediately provide transfer updates to your clients
- Access transparent information on the status of a transfer
The tracker tool, found under ‘activities’, allows you to view when an ISA, Pension or Collective Investment account transfer application has been received by us, requested from the ceding provider, and finally completed. Additional notes also provide you with further information on the transfer’s status.
